Tony Mowbray Reveals Blackburn Rovers Reality, Faces Crucial Millwall Test
Blackburn Rovers manager Tony Mowbray admitted his side must accept the harsh reality of the Championship after suffering three single-goal defeats in their last four matches despite creating numerous chances.
The Rovers boss expressed frustration over conceding soft goals and failing to capitalize on golden opportunities inside the six-yard box during recent post-match video reviews.
"We have to accept it, I have to accept it, we see where we are, we have to dig in," said Mowbray ahead of his team's upcoming weekend fixture.
Rovers now face a tough test against Millwall, a side that finished third last term and presents a massive physical challenge with threats like defender Jake Cooper.
Blackburn travels to face Millwall aiming to turn their strong underlying performances into tangible points to climb up the Championship standings.
