Jill Wagner reveals Tennessee farm life, trading Hollywood glamour for rural roots

Actress Jill Wagner is swapping the fast-paced environment of Hollywood for the quiet and demanding realities of rural farm life in Tennessee. Speaking with Fox News Digital ahead of the season three premiere of her hit series "Lioness", Wagner detailed her routine of starting chores at 6:30 in the morning.

The decision to relocate to Tennessee was a deliberate choice for Wagner, who grew up in the country in North Carolina. Alongside her husband, former professional hockey player David Lemanowicz, she wanted a magical environment to raise their two daughters, Army Gray and Daisy Roberta.

'We looked in and around North Carolina – couldn't find anything. So, Tennessee – found a piece of property in Tennessee. I wanted to get married, and I wanted to have my babies in a place that I thought was magical,' Wagner explained during the interview.

While managing family life on the farm keeps her grounded, Wagner also returns to intense action roles on screen. She stars alongside Laysla De Oliveira and Nicole Kidman in Taylor Sheridan's espionage thriller "Lioness", which officially premiered its third season on August 2 on Paramount+.
