Trump Predicts Iran War and High Fuel Prices Will Persist Until November

President Donald Trump stated during a recent media appearance that the ongoing military conflict involving Iran and the resulting high fuel prices will persist until the midterm elections conclude in November. His remarks arrived as reports confirmed multiple explosions in coastal areas of southern Iran following retaliatory actions between U.S. forces and the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

The escalating regional tensions have also resulted in damaged U.S. fighter jets at a Jordanian military base following recent Iranian strikes. Meanwhile, global oil prices have surged past $100 a barrel, directly driving up energy and transportation costs for consumers nationwide.

"I think the war will end immediately after the election," stated President Donald Trump when questioned about the timeline of the military engagement.

When pressed by reporters on why he believes the conflict will conclude then, Trump added, 'Because they can't hold out any longer. They're desperate to try and affect the election so that we can get a nice weak group of people in there and leave them alone and let them have their nuclear weapon.'

Data from a Brown University research project reveals that the surge in fuel costs driven by the conflict has cost the average U.S. household more than $780 in extra spending, while separate financial analyses indicate significant gains in oil stock investments since the war began.
