Court records from Brockton District Court show that the juror faced a 2021 assault charge after allegedly grabbing his wife by the throat. Furthermore, a teenage nephew secured an active restraining order against him for a subsequent physical altercation during the time the juror was evaluating evidence for the Clancy trial.
