The new plane previously made headlines on July 8 when Trump utilized a catering truck decoy in Turkey due to an apparent Iranian security threat. Despite those alarming vulnerabilities and subsequent maintenance periods, the administration maintains that the aircraft is fully equipped for executive travel.

'The new Air Force One is perfectly safe for the President's travels, but will receive additional upgrades and enhancements,' said former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt in a previous statement regarding the plane's safety protocols.
